    Practical classes on venetian cousine teached by a professional chef. You can choose the course you like more:

    • how to make fresh pasta (3 different kind of pasta accompained by 3 different sauces, usually meat, fish and vegetables)
    • how to make the venetian cicchetti (the typical tapas finger food which you can find usually in the venetian taverns)
    • how to make a complete venetian meal (appetizers, pasta, main dish with side vegetables, and dessert)

     

    In case you love to discover the Rialto marketplace to choose the ingredients before the cooking class you can meet with the chef an hour before, all included.

    Michele then will start in his own kichen, on a beautiful  XVI century Palazzo in the heart of Venice, to introduce you to the venetian cooking habits. Of course at the end you’ll taste what you made in combination with a nice Prosecco wine.
